*Original Invoice Required for All Returns*Music:
All regularly-stocked sheet music may be returned for store credit up to one week after purchase--music
may not be written in and must be in new condition (clean and free from defects, creases, etc; Red dot sales excluded)Cases and Shoulder Rests:
Cases and shoulder rests may be returned for store credit up to 2 weeks from purchase--the items must be in original packaging (when available), show no wear, and must be in new condition (clean and free from markings).Strings:
Strings may be returned for store credit for up to 30 days after purchase; strings must be unused, intact, and in original packaging; string packaging must show no wear. Returned unused strings are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Installed/Used strings are not returnable.Instruments & Bows:
We encourage customers who are uncertain about purchasing an instrument or bow to take advantage of our free trial program. Excluding instrument outfits (or their components) or instruments and bows purchased using a trade-in/rental credit and items previously taken out on trial, instruments and bows may be returned up to one week after purchase for a refund minus a restocking fee equivalent to the cost of a rehair and/or the strings installed on the instrument at the time of purchase. Returned instruments/bows must be in the same condition in which they were sold. Instruments/bows not returned in original condition may be subject to devaluation/repair/cleaning fees. Instruments and bows taken out on trial and then purchased are only eligible for use as a trade-in and are subject to our trade-in policy.
Instrument outfits (or their components), instruments, and bows taken out on trial or purchased using a trade-in or rental credit are not eligible for return but may be traded-in (Click Here to see our Trade-In Policies)
Accessories and other items not listed may be returned for store credit for up to 30 days after purchase and may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Returned accessories must be in original packaging (when available), unused, and in new condition.Special Orders, Installed Strings/Instrument Parts, Electronics, Bridges, and Rosin are not returnable.
